Capture Radio

Laura van Dam is a Dutch female DJ/Producer, that started loving electronic music when she was only 12 years old. Laura graduated in electronic music production and studied audio engineering. Also she is a regular co-host in the Protocol Radio Show. Capture Radio emerged from my profound love for electronic melodic music, aiming to create a space where listeners can find, or lose, themselves in the sounds and come together to feel that universal connection through true music.

The name “Capture” signifies those moments of complete immersion and emotional resonance with the music. I believe music connects people and conveys powerful emotions, and I want to harness and ‘capture’ this through my weekly show. For my DJ sets, I’m influenced and inspired by the sounds of melodic house & techno, progressive, and trance, which allow me to tell and share my musical story. Simultaneously, I provide a platform for emerging talent and local artists, helping them gain the recognition they deserve.
